Hey there, I'm Jana Perez! I'm a Philly-born, culture-blended mama of a 4-year-old, with roots in both the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. By day, I’m a Housing Workshop Facilitator for my community, helping others navigate their first-time homebuyer process. On Sundays, I’m the Production Coordinator at The Block Church, making sure everything runs smoothly. And in between (and sometimes after), I’m juggling a ton of fun side projects.
